Emily is such a nice and kind person which makes it so easy to ask for help when you are stuck. You can tell she really cares about you and wants you to be as successful as possible. She knows how the public school system works and I have improved so much with her help.

I got third in nation and second in state in the Math Kangaroo Competition after Emily worked with me and taught me some math competition strategies. We also played super fun math games.

Emily helps students understand mathematics by using their passions and interests into math problems, which is something that many students, including myself, can really benefit from and also appreciate. She knew that I struggled a lot in math and also understood me as a person, so she came up with many creative ways to teach me math.
